Terms and Conditions

You must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the course is held (that is 21 in Colorado and most states).

You understand that the Aspen Wine Program involves tasting wines, and that you are encouraged not to swallow the wine, in order to reduce intoxication. You agree to hold the Aspen Wine Program and any venue in which the courses may be held, harmless for any incident involving alcohol consumption during the course or any event associated with the course. This includes but is not limited to accidents involving motor vehicles. You understand and agree that the Aspen Wine Program has encouraged and facilitated the use of public transportation.

You understand and agree that the Aspen Wine Program does not sell wine and that you are responsible for your share of wine costs above and beyond any other fees. You further understand and agree that the Aspen Wine Program will hold a deposit in escrow up to the full expected amount of the wine fees, and that a refund of any and all unused portions will be issued at the end of the course. You understand and agree that the money back guarantee only applies to the fee portion of any monies collected. All monies kept in escrow for the purchase of wine will be returned only if unused, and will not be returned in the case of application for refund.

You understand and agree that all of the material in the Aspen Wine Program is copyrighted and may not be reused in any fashion including electronic or digital without express written consent.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for all fees and monies held in escrow if cancellation is at least 30 days prior to course date, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will forfeit all fees and only the unused portion of any monies held in escrow for wine will be refunded. In the event of minimal attendance, less than 4 people, all parties will be given the option of providing the necessary funds for the wine, or canceling without penalty. In the event of cancellation all guarantees are void. In the event that the course is canceled by the Aspen Wine Program for any reason except an act of God or terrorism, all fees and all monies in escrow will be refunded.

These terms and conditions are governed by the State of Colorado and or the state of venue. You may have specific rights not covered in this agreement.
